Please note: For hygienic purposes, face masks, swimwear, undergarments and earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return or Exchange of Merchandise Purchased Online
We do not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation. All returns must be received in resalable condition making they are unworn, unaltered with original tags still attached and free from smoke, odor and pet hair. We are unable to accept returns where our tags have been removed or appear to be worn.
Submit a return or exchange online
To receive your refund to your original payment method*, your online return must be received within 14 calendar days of the order shipment date. After 14 calendar days, the only option for refund will be offered in the form of an e-gift card, sent to the email address used on the order.

Upon submitting your online return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email. For returns, a fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund if you use either the label in your package or the label that is emailed to you. If you use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return to the below address if using your own return carrier. Returns sent back to us by your own return carrier must be received and processed at our Distribution Center within 30 days of the order shipment date to receive a refund to your original payment method.

Important Return Information
We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if received and processed at the address listed above within 14 days of the shipping date. If you are making a return after 14 days, your refund will be processed as store credit.
All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, and free or discounted items granted as part of a qualifying purchase will be prorated and applied to your subsequent refund amount. If complimentary merchandise received as part of a qualifying purchase is not included in a return that results in the original transaction falling below the qualifying purchase threshold, and the return transaction is insufficient to cover the value of the complimentary merchandise, you will only be eligible to receive a merchandise credit for the value of the return.
Holiday Return Policy: With the original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation, merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment through January 31 the following year or within 60 days from the date of last shipment, whichever provides the longer return time.
